Privacy Policy

BuyMicroApps is a product of MVP STACK LLC ("we", "us"). It's a marketplace where founders list small software products for sale and buyers contact them directly. MVP STACK LLC is responsible for the information described here. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Your account

When you sign in, we receive your email address and a unique account ID from Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name and profile photo from your Google account. If you sign up with email and password, your password is handled by Firebase and never stored by us.

Apps you list

When you submit an app, we store what you enter: its name, website, description, category, asking price, revenue, costs, traffic, customer count, tech stack, what's included, why you're selling, the contact email you provide, and any other contact options you add (such as X, LinkedIn, Telegram, or Discord). We link the listing to your account so you can see it on your profile.

Payments

Buyer plans are paid through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and we never see or store them. We keep your plan, its status and renewal date, and the Stripe customer and subscription IDs needed to manage your access.

Technical information

Like most websites, our servers may log basic request information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use this to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep you signed in.
• To show approved listings to buyers with an active plan.
• To review submitted listings before they go live.
• To process payments and give paying buyers access.
• To reply when you contact us, and to keep the service secure.

We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.

Who can see your information

• Buyers with an active plan can see approved listings, including the seller's contact email and any other contact options they added. This is how buyers reach sellers, so only share contact details you're happy for buyers to see.
• Service providers that run parts of BuyMicroApps for us: Google Firebase (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Piqo (website analytics), and our hosting provider.
• Google's favicon service is used to show app logos. When a listing is displayed, your browser requests that app's logo from Google using the app's domain.
• Authorities, if we are required to by law.

Cookies and local storage

Firebase stores your sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page. We use Piqo analytics to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site. We don't use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and listings for as long as your account is active. Payment records may be kept longer where needed for tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your account and listings at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Security

Sign-in is handled by Firebase, payments by Stripe, and every request for listings and account data is checked against your sign-in on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

BuyMicroApps isn't intended for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll let account holders know by email.
