Terms of Service

BuyMicroApps is a product of MVP STACK LLC ("MVP STACK LLC", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you use BuyMicroApps, whether you're listing an app for sale or browsing as a buyer. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

What BuyMicroApps is

BuyMicroApps is a listing and lead platform. Sellers list small software products, and buyers with a plan can see those listings and contact sellers directly.

We are not a broker and we are not part of any sale. We don't handle payments between buyers and sellers, hold funds in escrow, transfer assets, or guarantee that a deal will happen. Price, payment, and handover are agreed directly between buyer and seller.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share your buyer access with others.

Listing an app

• Listing is free. We don't take a commission when your app sells.
• You must own the app or have the right to sell it, and everything you submit, including revenue, costs, traffic, and customer numbers, must be accurate and not misleading.
• We review listings before they go live and may approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion, including if we believe it's inaccurate, fraudulent, or against these terms.
• Your contact email will be shown to buyers with an active plan so they can reach you. You're responsible for your conversations and any deal you make.

Buyer plans and payments

• Monthly costs $29 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Yearly costs $99 per year and renews automatically each year until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal of a Monthly or Yearly plan; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. To cancel, email [email protected].
• Lifetime is a one-time payment of $149 for buyer access for as long as BuyMicroApps operates. It's limited to the first 20 buyers.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and may not include applicable taxes.
• If something went wrong with a payment, contact us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.
• We may change plan prices for new purchases. Changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.

Do your own due diligence

Listing details are provided by sellers. We may review listings, but we don't audit or verify the numbers. Before you pay for any app, verify its revenue, traffic, code, and ownership yourself, for example by asking for read-only access to the seller's payment provider and analytics. Consider using an escrow service for the transaction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or resell listings or seller contact details, or share them outside BuyMicroApps.
• Spam sellers or contact them for anything other than a genuine interest in their app.
• Submit false, misleading, or illegal listings.
• Try to get around the paywall, access other people's accounts, or disrupt the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using BuyMicroApps at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account for breaking these terms, you won't be entitled to a refund.

Disclaimers

BuyMicroApps is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any app will perform as described, that you'll find a buyer or seller, or that the service will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, BuyMicroApps is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from a deal between a buyer and a seller. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know by email. Continuing to use BuyMicroApps after a change means you accept the updated terms.
